About the Role

This person will be responsible for one of our top clients here with Box In Box Out, ensuring that all projects and requests are carried out in a timely manner. They will be an extension to the client's team and be the liaison between all departments including and not limited to:

• Deliveries, Receiving, and Inventory
• B2C and B2B Order Management
• Kitting, Special Projects
• Returns management
• Inventory managment
• 3PL Warehouse Operations and Order Fulfillment
• Project Managment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines for various initiatives with the warehouse, including kitting projects, NPD launches, retail orders, etc. .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Regularly communicate project updates to warehouse and clients' teams, including status reports and presentations.
• Monitor KPI performance and communicate back to client weekly.
• Ensure all orders are shipped within the contracted service level timeframe. Process replacement orders once per day (Shared Google Sheet). Manage clients' requests for notes to be added to orders and any ad-hoc order requests.
• Conduct audits and inspections of products in warehouse and identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer experience.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on streamlining operations and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all deliveries have been received and accounted for. Ensure deliveries are checked for QC and 1 image of each item taken and uploaded to the shared cloud folder. Communicate any discrepancies to the inventory team.
• Oversee kitting projects from inception to completion - providing quotations and images on receipt of the request, initiating the project, and ensuring the completion of these projects are on time.
• Record returns (Shared Google Sheet) as they are processed by warehouse to allow for an efficient returns process.
• Communicate by Slack/Email/Phone to any requests sent by client and ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong project management expertise with a demonstrated track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Prior experience in warehouse/3PL operations, preferably within the consumer goods, beauty, or skincare industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify and solve operational issues, improve processes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience in Warehouse / 3PL
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
